‘Praxis’ is a term that originates from the Greeks.
It refers to the process of putting ideas into practice through action, while also reflecting on the outcomes and learning from them. It represents a cyclical process of reflection and action, where each informs the other and leads to continuous improvement.
Henri is an entrepreneur with experience at executive and board level (e.g. Apple for 10 years, Olivetti, Docent, Claris, xCA, ONE Agency). Henri has been performing in general management positions with international responsibilities. He has been in the driver seat of start-up, take-over and external financing for several companies. Henri has been instrumental at integrating different cultures and leading change. Human Capital Management and the way people evolve has always been his focus point and passion. He has been member of the board of ICF Belgium (International Coach Federation) and it’s president from 2013 to 2014.
He holds a Master in Computer Science from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), a MBA (CEPAC) from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), is certified in NeuroScience (INM Brussels) and a certified coach by the Leading and Coaching Academy (LCA) and ICF. Lately Henri followed an Executive Program on Artificial Intelligence at M.I.T.
‘Stamina’ is a Latin term that combines resilience and dynamism.
It refers to the ability to persist in the face of difficulties, but it is also a dynamic force that enables one to overcome obstacles. Stamina is associated to the ability to cope with challenges and bounce back from adversity by letting go and letting come.
With two decades of experience working alongside leaders at all levels, Natacha is a people development expert. Her experience ranges from being a lawyer, then managing diverse teams to deliver international projects at commercial real estate consulting leader JLL, to managing complex space design projects for a range of clients at Tetris. She relishes the challenges that come with working with highly talented individuals and eclectic teams, and recognizes the importance of effectively managing change. She is a deep listener who puts sustainable value and growth at the heart of everything she does.
Natacha studied law at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and at the Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam as an Erasmus scholar. She has completed an Executive Real Estate Management programme at Solvay Business School in Brussels, and has a range of coaching qualifications. She is trained in Coach and Team®, Action Types® & Deep Motivations® as well as in Mental Preparation and Polyvagal Theory. In additional she is trained in Methodology Prosci®, and the AKDAR® model.

Optimization, efficiency, and responsibility are the guiding principles that shape Louis Bouderlique’s professional and personal journey. With a keen eye for identifying areas for improvement, he applies a strategic approach rooted in the principles of efficiency outlined in François Jullien’s Traité de l’efficacité, ensuring sustainable results in any setting. Louis is known for his precision, leadership, and commitment to excellence, qualities that have defined his career as a pilot and his success as an elite athlete.
In his aviation career, Louis has developed an exceptional understanding of optimization, particularly through his roles at Air France. Starting as a copilot, he has progressively advanced to captain, with experience across various aircraft, including the A320, A330/340, and Boeing 777. He continuously demonstrates a remarkable ability to integrate technical expertise, team leadership, and operational efficiency. As a captain, Louis assumes full responsibility for each flight, ensuring seamless coordination between safety, mission objectives, and crew dynamics. His leadership style is rooted in clear communication, providing constructive feedback, and fostering respect among his team.
As a member of the French Gliding Team, Louis applies the same principles of optimization and responsibility to his sports career. Twice European Champion and once World Champion, his mental fortitude and resilience inspire others. The discipline required in competitive gliding has enhanced his ability to perform under pressure, making him a leader both in the cockpit and in sports, where he motivates others to strive for peak performance.
Louis’ academic journey began at La Providence in Amiens, followed by preparatory studies at Sainte-Geneviève in Versailles, and a degree from CentraleSupélec, one of France’s leading engineering schools. His professional career began at Dassault Aviation, where he honed his problem-solving skills before transitioning to aviation. Louis’ unwavering dedication to continuous improvement drives his success in both aviation and sport, making him an ideal partner for high-performance teams and individuals.
